Baked fish fillets, seasoned with garlic, served on a bed of parsley and onion, and topped with tomatoes, white wine, and golden breadcrumbs.
This fish dish can be made with any type of fish fillets. Garlic, onion, and parsley add flavor, while the tomatoes and white wine keep the fish tender. Breadcrumbs create a nice crust.

Directions
- Preheat the oven and place an oven-safe dish, lightly oiled, in the oven. Cover the bottom of the dish with chopped parsley and a spoonful of chopped onion, then let it sit for a few minutes.
- Place the fillets in the dish. Season with salt and pepper, crushed garlic, and the remaining chopped onion. ≈ 2 min
- Place tomato slices on each fillet, drizzle with white wine and the remaining oil paint, and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. ≈ 10 min
- Bake the fish for 20 minutes in a very hot oven.
