Directions
- In a bowl, pour in the oil and add the diced peppers, onions, and cilantro. Then, add the pre-prepared cod fillets. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Add thyme, chopped chili peppers, and diced tomatoes, as well as chopped garlic. Pour water over everything. ≈ 3 min
- Boil the mussels and shrimp, then add them to the container. Pickle and cook over low heat until the mussels open. Then add the wine and gently mix.
