  • 350 g of buckwheat flour
  • 2 cups of fresh coconut milk/liquid milk
  • 20 grams of salt
  • 10 g of mushroom broth
  • 15 grams of sugar
  • 20 g of dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 10 red onions
  • 5 cloves of Allium sativum (garlic)
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 5 cashew nuts
  • A piece of turmeric root
  • Chopped chives, to taste
