- Wash the fish fillets and rinse them thoroughly. ≈ 8 min
- Cut the parchment paper into 4 squares. ≈ 3 min
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices about 5 mm thick, and cook them in salted water for 4 minutes.
- Finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
- On each square of parchment paper, pour over a drizzle of olive oil, add the apples, then the fish fillets and the finely chopped onion. ≈ 3 min
- Place a bay leaf in the center of the fish. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Fold the parchment paper in half, ensuring that the oil paint and water do not leak out. ≈ 3 min
- Place the fish packets in an oven-safe dish. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and bake for 30 minutes.
