Directions
- Dice the chickpeas and mix them with the fish, grated onion, crushed garlic, and finely chopped cilantro. ≈ 8 min
- Add the cumin, salt, yeast, pepper, and turmeric, then knead thoroughly to ensure the mixture is well combined. ≈ 10 min
- Take portions about the size of a walnut and form into small balls. ≈ 10 min
- Fry them in a large amount of hot oil.
- Serve with baguette, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. ≈ 2 min
