Directions
- Cook the carrots and broccoli until tender, then let them cool completely before finely chopping. Peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté it in a small amount of oil.
- Rinse, dry, and chop the fish. Mix it with the vegetables, half of the breadcrumbs, and an egg, then knead the mixture. Season and form small, flat patties. Coat them in flour, beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs, and pan-fry until golden brown.
- Cook the rice so that it is well-separated and serve it with the fish cakes.
