Directions
- The eggs are beaten and added to a pot, along with the yogurt or vinegar. ≈ 3 min
- Add the milk and heat gently, stirring until the mixture simmers and thickens.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add 100ml of cold water. ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Pour: Pour, pour muffins (preferably with parchment paper to make it easier to remove them) and sprinkle with sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Let it cool in the molds.
- Remove from the pan and serve. ≈ 2 min
