Directions
- Cook the eggs for 7 to 8 minutes, as indicated in the “hard-boiled egg” recipe.
- Allow the eggs to “soak” in cold water (under a running tap or in a container filled with cold water) and let them cool.

- Place the peeled eggs in a dish and do not chop them too finely (or use an egg slicer to cut them in half). ≈ 8 min
