Directions
- Cook the mussels for 5 to 6 minutes, then remove them from the shell and let them cool.
- Prepare the béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, then pour in the milk while stirring until it thickens.

- Dip them in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs, and fry them.
