Directions
- Remove the skin and husk from the coconut, then chop the flesh into small pieces. ≈ 2 min
- Boil water in a pot, add the lentils, and cook over low heat.
- Cook the fish until it is cooked through (stirring gently occasionally).
- Add salt to taste. ≈ 3 min
- (Optional) Add a splash of coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- Add the curry powder to the mixture, and blend thoroughly. Then, remove from the heat. ≈ 4 min
- Serve with a curry dish, or with a lentil curry. ≈ 2 min
