Directions
- Peel the apples and cut them into pieces of a medium size. ≈ 8 min
- Fry the small pieces of cheese in hot oil until they are lightly golden, then remove them.
- In a separate container, heat some oil paint and add the chopped onion.
- Stir until the mixture reaches a dark brown color. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add ginger, garlic, and chopped fresh chili peppers, and continue to cook until the spices release their aroma.
- Combine the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili peppers, parsley, cumin, and salt, then season well. ≈ 4 min
- Add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender.
- Once the potatoes are almost cooked, cover them with pieces of French-style cheese and spices, then let them rest for a few minutes.
