  1. Fry the eggs in a pan, add some salt, and let them cook for a short time.
  2. Heat some oil paint in a pot.
  3. Add garlic, chili peppers, ginger, and onion, and then sauté everything together. ≈ 3 min
  4. Continue cooking the tomatoes until they are soft.
  5. Mix the pepper, turmeric, and ginger powders together. ≈ 4 min
  6. Whisk the eggs in a pan with a little fat, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once the eggs are cooked and become tender, add curry powder and grated ginger. ≈ 3 min
