Directions
- Wash and dry the leg, then cut it into 8 to 10 pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Mix the sauce with half of the wine and let it rest in the refrigerator.
- Remove the grapes from the bunches, rinse them, and dry them. ≈ 2 min
- Heat up some oil paint and use it to gild all sides of the duck pieces. Then, transfer the pieces to a pot.
- Season and simmer, adding red wine and, if needed, water with a bouillon cube.
- Towards the end of cooking, add the grapes, making sure they release their juice without breaking. ≈ 3 min
- Then, season with grated nutmeg, salt, and, if desired, a little sugar. ≈ 2 min
- Serve with either mashed potatoes or rice. ≈ 2 min
