Directions
- Season the meat or chicken with salt and pepper, and then brown it in oil with the chopped onion.
- Add the tomato paste, minced garlic, cumin, and paprika, then cover with water. ≈ 3 min
- Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. ≈ 8 min
- When the meat or chicken is halfway cooked, add the apples and continue cooking over low heat.
- Garnish with a little parsley before serving. ≈ 2 min
- Enjoy with a good piece of bread. ≈ 3 min
