Directions

  1. Cut the meat into slices approximately 10 x 7 cm in size, with a thickness of about 1 cm. ≈ 8 min
  2. Slightly flatten the slices and season them with a mixture of salt and spices. ≈ 4 min
  3. Place a half slice of bacon and a plum on each side, then roll them up. ≈ 10 min
  4. Secure the rollers with a thick thread or a cocktail stick. ≈ 3 min
  5. Melt the butter in a pan and coat the rolls with it until they are a beautiful golden color.
  6. For the sauce, combine in a large pot water, wine, onion, honey, and salt. ≈ 4 min
  7. Once the mixture starts to simmer, add the rolls and let it cook, covered, for about 30 minutes.
  8. If the meat comes from older animals, it may take longer. ≈ 3 min
  9. Add water as needed during cooking. ≈ 3 min
  10. Once the rolls are cooked through, remove them and place them on a warm plate. ≈ 3 min

  13. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3 minutes, using approximately 5 to 6 cups.
