Directions
- Preheat the oven to 210 °C (thermostat 6).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar, and mix with your hands. ≈ 4 min

- Gradually add the milk and water, then mix. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the dough evenly over the griddle. ≈ 3 min
- Cook for 45 minutes.
