Directions
- Cut the daikon, carrots, and onion into large chunks. ≈ 8 min
- Place the vegetables in a pot and stir them with a tablespoon of oil paint for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 litre of water and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Blend the mixture in a blender, or process it in a food processor, to achieve a smooth sauce. ≈ 3 min
- Also, mix 150g of tofu with 1/2 cup of water until you have a creamy consistency, then add it to the stew and simmer.
- Season the cinnamon stew with cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and pepper to your liking. Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
