Directions
- Clean a whole duck, cut it into 4 pieces, and season it with salt and nutmeg. ≈ 8 min
- Coat the duck pieces with a thin layer of flour. ≈ 3 min
- In a pan, heat some fat and sear the duck pieces on each side until they are golden brown. Then, pour over with sweet cream and simmer until tender. If needed, add a little water.
- Remove the meat from the container, remove some of the bones, and place it in an oven-safe dish. ≈ 3 min
- Cover the meat with the sauce, which has been mixed with fresh cheese, citrus zest, and rinsed grapes.
- Grease the dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
