  9. Prepare the oil paint, add the rags to the oil paint, and light the fire (to prevent the rags from catching fire, add them to the oil paint before it gets too hot). ≈ 3 min
  10. Cook until golden brown, but be careful not to overcook it and make it too hard.

  19. Form a dough into ball shapes. ≈ 10 min
  20. Fry them halfway through.
  21. Extinguish the fire, then remove and drain. ≈ 2 min
  22. Mix 200g of potato starch and flour, salt, broth, and pepper.
  23. Gradually add the hot water infused with garlic, stirring gently to ensure it is well mixed.
  24. Let it rest for a while, until it has cooled down sufficiently.
  25. Next, mix with the remaining tapioca starch. ≈ 4 min
  26. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic enough to be shaped. ≈ 10 min
  27. Form a ball with the dough, about the size of a marble. ≈ 10 min
  28. Next, fry them in cold oil, starting a gentle heat until the temperature is right, while constantly stirring.
  29. Once cooked, immediately add the spices and chili powder, pouring them into a closed container. ≈ 3 min
