Directions
- Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in 1 tablespoon of oil until softened. ≈ 8 min
- Remove the seeds from the peppers, chop them into small pieces, and add them to the onion and garlic. ≈ 8 min
- Add the drained corn. ≈ 3 min
- Add the French-fried tomatoes and the larger, chopped tomatoes, then simmer over low heat.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Peel a banana, cut it in half lengthwise, and then grill it on both sides over low heat with 1 tablespoon of oil, until it is nicely browned.
- Fry the egg in a pan with a small amount of oil.
