Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, and pepper. ≈ 4 min
- In a separate bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. ≈ 4 min
- Shape the mixture into 7.5 cm diameter patties (about 2 per person), or smaller ones for an appetizer. ≈ 10 min
- Pour the oil paint into a pan and heat it up.
- Gild the pancakes for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove them from the pan and drain them on paper towels.
- Serve the pancakes with the accompanying sauce. ≈ 2 min
