Corn soufflé, baked in the oven
A simple corn soufflé: frozen corn, milk, and egg mixture, then baked in the oven with a little butter for a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
This light gratin, which sits between a flan and a soufflé, is made in a blender with frozen corn, milk, and eggs. A small amount of butter adds a golden color to the surface during cooking.
