Directions
- Wash the mushrooms, slice them, and drizzle with 2-3 drops of lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Sauté them in a little butter until the water has completely evaporated. If you are using canned mushrooms, use whole mushrooms. Drain the corn, then add salt and olive oil. ≈ 8 min
- Whisk the mayonnaise to smooth it out, then add the yogurt and mix well. Add the remaining lemon juice, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and sugar, and then whisk with a fork until you have a smooth sauce. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the mushrooms and corn, pour in the sauce and mix. If you like, add some chili pepper to spice it up. ≈ 4 min
