Directions
- Add oil paint to the pan and heat it up.
- Assess the temperature on a scale from 7 to 8 or 9. ≈ 3 min
- (If the oil paint is too hot, the corn kernels will break, and the oil paint could splatter, which could cause burns.) ≈ 3 min
- Mix the flour and baking powder, add a tablespoon of cornmeal, one egg, and grated cheese, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Third portion: three tablespoons of powder, just enough to fill a large pan.
- Use a spoon to distribute and flatten them evenly. ≈ 3 min
- Cook until the edges are golden brown.
