Directions
- Place the bacon in a hot, cast-iron skillet and let it render its fat.
- Add the beef, then slowly pour in 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the maize semolina and stir until the mixture is dry. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool.
- Serve hot, like a stew. ≈ 2 min
