Directions
- Preheat your oven to 150 °C (thermostat 5)
- Prepare veal cutlets in a large pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cutlets in an oven-safe dish, cover them with slices of smoked Bayonne ham and grated cheese. ≈ 3 min
- Melt the cheese in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Deglaze the pan with 1 glass of white wine from the Jura region, add the mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Coat the veal cutlets with the County sauce. ≈ 3 min
- Serve these Comtoise veal cutlets with fettuccine, fresh pasta, or mashed potatoes. ≈ 2 min
