Coffee-flavored mousse, light and airy
A light coffee mousse, made with egg yolks, whipped egg whites, and whipped cream, and decorated with coffee beans: a refreshing and airy dessert.
This coffee mousse, with its light and airy texture, is prepared without cooking. The soluble coffee, well-dissolved in the yolks, gives it its characteristic aroma.
