Directions
- Pour the ground coffee into a jar. ≈ 3 min
- Add the mineral water by stirring just enough to thoroughly moisten the coffee. ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest for 10 to 12 hours (preferably overnight).
- Line a sieve with cheesecloth and place it over another bowl. Pour the mixture into the sieve to strain out the pulp. ≈ 3 min
- Discard the pulp and store the concentrate in the refrigerator; it will last for 2 to 3 weeks.
- To prepare a coffee, dilute the concentrate with two to three times its volume of water, depending on your preference. ≈ 3 min
