Classic French salade niçoise
A generous Niçoise salad: tender potatoes, crunchy green beans, tuna, eggs, and olives, served on a large platter for a summer lunch.
Niçoise salad combines fish, vegetables, and eggs. It gets its name from the city of Nice, in the south of France, and each cook adds their own personal touch.
