Directions

  1. Gently heat the milk with the cinnamon stick until it has reduced by about half.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the whisk. ≈ 4 min
  4. Pour, the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake at 225 °C until the mixture is set and golden brown. ≈ 3 min
  5. Let it cool.
  6. If you like, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. ≈ 2 min
