- Combine the tapioca starch, flour, and ground spices. ≈ 4 min

- Bring the cleaned chicken legs to a boil until they are cooked through and no longer release any blood.

- Reheat the beef intestines in fresh water until they are tender.

- Bring a large amount of water to a boil.

- Crush the garlic and mix it with 500 ml of water. ≈ 4 min
- Bring to a boil.
- Mix the tapioca starch and flour together. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the cooked onion water with the onions until you have a smooth, even paste. ≈ 10 min

- Boil some water.
