Directions
- The yeast is mixed with warm milk. ≈ 3 min

- Then, add the melted butter (or margarine), followed by the cinnamon and sugar. ≈ 3 min

- Gradually add the flour, mixing or kneading until a soft dough is formed. ≈ 10 min

- Add the grapes and walnuts, then let the dough rise for about 45 minutes.

- The prepared dough is divided in half and shaped into two round loaves, or placed in two cake molds. ≈ 10 min

- Let it rise for 40 to 50 minutes.

- Brush the cakes with egg wash and bake in the preheated oven at 225 °C on the lower rack.

- The cooking time is approximately 30 to 35 minutes.

- If the cakes are baked in molds, they will need to be baked for a little longer.

- Let it cool on a wire rack.
