Directions
- Chop the chocolate into pieces and place them in an oven-safe dish, along with the butter. ≈ 3 min
- Place the dish in a simmering pot of water and stir until everything is melted. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the dough from the oven and mix in the sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Next, mix the shredded coconut, breadcrumbs, and two-thirds of the flour. ≈ 4 min
- Mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Add a little more sugar if the mixture is too dry. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare small balls using the mixture, then place them on a sheet of parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Allow them to cool completely before consuming.
- Divide the remaining dough evenly over a large plate. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the cocoa powder evenly among another plate. ≈ 3 min
- Roll half of the truffles in powdered sugar until they are completely coated, then roll the remaining truffles in cocoa powder. ≈ 10 min
- Place the prepared truffles in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
