- Melt the chocolate with the alcohol using a double boiler.
- Add the butter ≈ 3 min
- In a bowl, combine the egg yolks and powdered sugar. ≈ 4 min

- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. ≈ 4 min
- Combine one-third of the whipped cream with the chocolate. ≈ 4 min
- Add and incorporate the remaining egg whites. ≈ 4 min
