Directions
- Mix the cocoa, salt, and powdered sugar together, then add the vanilla sugar. Pour everything into a pot, add the milk, and bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly. Make sure to thoroughly mix the mixture; otherwise, the ice cream will be lumpy. Then, let it cool.
- Whip the cream until it forms firm peaks, then gently fold in the completely cooled chocolate milk. Pour into a container and place in the freezer.
