Chocolate chip cookies
Simple Israeli cookies: a dough made with margarine, two types of sugar, and vanilla, filled with chocolate chips, hand-shaped, and baked for 20 minutes.
This recipe is made without a mixer, and takes about 30 minutes. Margarine can be replaced with oil, and some of the flour can be substituted with rolled oats. The combination of white, milk, and dark chocolate gives the mixture a distinctive flavor.
