Directions
- Crush the garlic, mix all the vinaigrette ingredients together, and let it rest.
- Wash the vegetables and remove the heart from the Belgian endive. Finely chop the cabbage, leek, and Belgian endive, and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the cucumber, pepper, and cheese into small pieces. Combine the vegetables and drizzle with the dressing. ≈ 8 min
