Spice blend for homemade chili
A homemade chili spice blend: dried chili peppers roasted until dry, combined with cumin, cilantro, and cloves, then ground into a fragrant powder.
Making your own chili powder is about choosing the heat level based on the dried chili peppers you have available. The result is a much more flavorful product than store-bought.
