Directions
- Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes to prevent it from becoming tough. ≈ 8 min
- Chop the onion into small pieces and the tomatoes into squares. Grind the cooked corn kernels. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the clove of Allium sativum, and remove it when it is deeply browned.
- Sauté the onion over medium heat until it is softened but not browned (about 4 minutes).
- Add the meat and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and oregano to your liking.
- Add the tomatoes and corn, then cook until everything is well combined.
- Serve with earthenware pots or rice. ≈ 2 min
