Directions
- Marinade preparation: First, wash and clean the chicken pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, spices, cumin powder, turmeric powder, fresh chili paste (if using), salt, and oil to create a marinade.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in this marinade for at least 1 hour.
- Grilling: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on skewers and place them on a grill or in a baking dish.
- Cooking: Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Occasionally turn the chicken pieces and brush them with the remaining marinade.
- Presentation: Once the chickens are fully cooked and have a slightly golden surface, remove them from the oven and serve them immediately.
