Directions

  1. Season the chicken breasts or thighs and dredge them in flour on all sides for about 15 minutes.
  2. Deglaze the pan with water and continue to cook for another hour over low heat, turning the meat occasionally.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and remove any bones and other parts of the meat that might be difficult to eat. ≈ 3 min
  4. Cut the remaining meat into pieces that are not too large (the skin is optional). ≈ 8 min
  5. Return the meat to the pot with the cooking liquid. ≈ 3 min
  6. Cook the pasta according to your preference, while you prepare the other ingredients.
  7. Add the cream to the meat and juices, then mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
  8. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve, garnished with herbs. ≈ 4 min
