Directions
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, grated garlic, cumin, paprika, chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the chicken (or the chosen meat) into thin strips and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the marinade.
- Finely chop the bell pepper and onion. ≈ 8 min
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated meat. Remove it, then return the pepper and onion to the same pan and cook until softened. Return the meat to the pan and stir briefly.
- Serve with warm tortillas and top with sour cream, salsa, and avocado, to taste. ≈ 10 min
