Directions
- In a large container, heat the oil and butter, then sauté the onion until it is softened and lightly browned.
- When the onion turns a golden color, mix it with a paste made from garlic and ginger. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and kasuri masala, and cook over low heat.
- Bring the pieces of meat back to the pan until they turn a golden color.
- Gently mix the yogurt, add a little water, and cover to cook over low heat.
- Cook the lamb meat over low heat until it is tender (you can add hot water occasionally).
- Garnish with mint or parsley leaves, arranging them on top. ≈ 2 min
