Directions

  1. After thoroughly washing the meat, mix together 1/2 cup of salt and 1 cup of water, then let the meat soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, cooking until they are golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, finely mix the onion, yogurt, soy sauce, almond paste, peanut paste, 3 tablespoons of ghee, grapes, and the spices from the biryani rice packet. ≈ 4 min
  4. Next, add the meat and salt, and then mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
  5. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut the apples into pieces and lightly fry them.
  7. Next, apply a thin layer of green food coloring to them. ≈ 4 min
  8. Rinse the rice and let it soak in water for 30 minutes, then drain it through a sieve.
  9. In a bowl, pour in 2 litres of water, add 2 tablespoons of salt and the spices listed on the package of biryani rice. ≈ 3 min
  10. Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the rice and cook until it is half-cooked.
  11. Next, strain the rice through a sieve to remove any excess water. ≈ 3 min
  12. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of water, 5 tablespoons of milk powder, and 3 tablespoons of ghee. ≈ 4 min
  13. In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of milk powder and food coloring (orange). ≈ 4 min
  14. After marinating the meat, first spread a layer of mashed peas and French-fried potatoes over the meat.
  15. Next, cover with cooked rice and pour over with butter-flavored milk. ≈ 3 min
  16. Add some turmeric to the milk and cover. ≈ 3 min
  17. For a richer flavor, place 3-4 pieces of charcoal and 2 tablespoons of butter in a steel or copper container, then place the container on top of the rice. ≈ 3 min
  18. Close the container with a lid and seal the edges with flour. ≈ 3 min
  19. Next, place the pot on the stove and heat it over high heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
  20. Next, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
  21. Next, remove it from the heat. ≈ 3 min
