Cheese-stuffed turkey

Directions
- Make a pocket in the turkey’s chest.
- Chop the cheese and ham by hand, either with your fingers or with a knife or cheese grater. ≈ 3 min
- Using the ground meat obtained, fill the turkey. ≈ 10 min
- Sew the pocket using kitchen twine.
- Heat a pot over the fire, using a suitable spoon (ideally made of copper, aluminum, or earthenware, rather than steel).
- Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and sear on both sides over high heat.
- Once the meat is nicely browned, add a sprig of rosemary and deglaze with white wine. ≈ 3 min
- Season the green beans with pepper, and, if you like, sprinkle them with cumin. ≈ 2 min
- After removing the wine, place the turkey in the oven at 180 °C for one and a half hours.
- After the final cooking, allow the turkey to cool completely, then slice it.
- Place the turkey slices in an oven-safe dish, then cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. ≈ 3 min
- To serve, place the dish in a preheated oven at 100 °C for 15 to 20 minutes. In a saucepan, heat the sauce, then pour it over the turkey.
