Directions
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in hot oil.
- Add the finely chopped chard and cook for another minute or so. ≈ 3 min
- Remove the onion and chard, blend them, and return them to the pot. Then, pour in the broth.
- Salt, cover, and let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Let the soup cool down.
- Whisk the eggs with the milk and sour cream, then add them to the soup and stir. ≈ 4 min
