Directions
- Use a knife to remove the green leaves from the cauliflower. ≈ 3 min
- Place the cauliflower head in a bowl of water with vinegar. ≈ 3 min
- Let it soak for 5 minutes to 1 hour.
- Rinse the cauliflower and pat it dry thoroughly. ≈ 2 min
- Use a grater with medium-sized holes to grate the cauliflower into small, rice-like pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil paint in a pan.
- Add the grated cauliflower and stir constantly for 3 minutes over low heat.
