Directions
- Remove the scales and internal organs from the fish, then wash and dry it thoroughly. ≈ 2 min
- In a pot, place the onion and ginger, then add the fish, wine, vinegar, sauce, sugar, salt, and water. ≈ 3 min
- Cook over low heat for approximately 6 hours, until the fish broth thickens.
- Remove the pot from the heat, let it cool, and then serve.
