Directions
- Cook the rice, then mix it with the finely chopped bacon and eggs. Season with garlic, parsley, and salt to taste.
- Fill the sausage casing with this mixture, but don’t overfill it so that it doesn’t burst. ≈ 10 min
- Submerge it in boiling water until a knitting needle can pass through it without getting stuck.
