Directions
- Pour prepare the cassava, press and drain the cassava, then pour it into a sieve to break it down into small pieces. ≈ 3 min
- Fill a shallow dish with water to prevent the cassava from sticking to the spatula during cooking. ≈ 10 min
- Heat the pan and pour in a small amount of oil paint, about 1 tablespoon.
- Turn down the heat when the dough is hot, add the cassava, and stir constantly to prevent large clumps; if the cassava forms large clumps, pinch it together.
- When the cassava is halfway cooked, add the shredded coconut and mix thoroughly; turn off the heat when everything is fully cooked. ≈ 4 min
- Place the cooked cassava in a large serving dish: ready to serve. ≈ 2 min
